King Cirano is the leader of the Velociraptors, and the husband of Shaundi.
History[]
Following Supreme Leader Purple's takeover of the Zin Empire, Cirano formed an alliance with him and deployed his army of raptors to earth to work with the Zin aliens and enslave the human race.
