Dr. Schneider is the chief of psychiatry at Steelport Institute, in which he began to work on a project dealing with sex addiction.
History[]
Dr. Schneider had his men kidnap several residents of Steelport, which mainly consisted of furries, prostitutes and other sex addicts, and brought to Steelport Institute to be guinea pigs in his project. Shaundi was one of them, which resulted in Mr. Sinister heading to the asylum to get her back.
