Eddie Mackin

Eddie Mackin is a high ranking member of the Third Street Saints who joined 3 months before The Saints took over Steelport. He is a ruthless hitman who has killed more than 418 people but he has escaped the gas chamber as Eric Gryphon has paid off the judge to find him not guilty. He is loyal to the boss and has helped him hunt down Dex. He was also the one to shoot Dex in the spinal cord and kill him. He considers each of his kills to be fun. His mom died of cancer and his father killed himself. He explains that his father was a drunk egotistical pig and that he was abused thus fueling his psychopathy. He also boards the airplane to Oceanview and says they can use his former penthouse. He then establishes an arms deal with the Korean mob and makes them align with the Saints.
