Wu Lan[Born 1965 Died 2008] Is a member of the stillwater triad who makes his first appearance in saints row:the fanon game.He is one of Mr.Wongs loyal henchmen and is also the one who is running an insurance fraud scheme out of the subrbs[Which along with chinatown and the factories district is controlled by the ochocincos although all three can be taken over by the saints. He is very muscular and always makes sarcastic remarks about stillwater culture despite this he remains an loyal ally to the saints.He helps clear out the ochocincos and manages to take back saints row from the yakuza.However he was fatally wounded by a Yakuza Members bullet whch pierced his heart killing him instantly.
